My exercise for the day

For the first 8 weeks the doctor doesn’t want you to do any exercise except like short walks. I am on 5th day post-op and have no energy so I haven’t been doing any kind of exercise expect for housework. Have plans of walking soon I hope in just short increments. I will let you know when that happens and what I am doing.
